Which sierra's had an LSD as standard.

Not really my thing so am unsure....

A guy at work is building a 7 type kitcar (MNR or something)

He is trying to find out which sierra models came as standard with an LSD diff.

can anyone help..

That doesn't mean I can get a quote on one though. Mind you, I only tried my current insurance co.

hi mate, i think you will find if a sierra had rear discs as standard it had a limited slip dif

Not true...AFAIK, All 2WD twin cam Sierras had rear discs and the same bolt on drive shafts as the 4x4s, but they didn't have LSDs...guess who found that out the expensive way...

I think the only 2WD Sierra to have the LSD as standard was the Cosworth; and that's a 7.5" Diff as opposed to the usual Sierra 7" unit. I believe that LSD was an option on the early XR4i's?
