Escort Cosworth & Sierra RS500 needed for charity display

The Race Against Cancer is this Sunday, weather report is good and the day should be lots of fun. For those of you who haven't yet heard of the event it is an International Charity Kart Race being held in Hertfordshire!

Menu, Asmer, Grosjean, Sugden, Kallio, Villa, Davies and many more actually racing each other in karts - not the usual charity karting bore!!!

Quite a few PH guys are coming down in their top machinery to put in the static supercar display, we have Aston's, Lambo's and Ferrari's galore.

I'm looking for a Ford Escort Cosworth or Sierra RS500 owner that would like to come down for the day to enjoy the racing and display their car in the static village (all safely roped off) If you are interested e-mail me soon!!

Bummer. As a long time PH member, I'd love to help out but my car is now in Switzerland I noticed there's a heads up to this thread on both the RS500 and Escort RS Cosworth sections of the RS Owners Club BB.

You could try Ford public affairs... see if they'll wheel something out of the Heritage fleet, but it is a bit late notice.

Yep! Put it there this morning, although no response as yet.
They may well be putting their cars away for the winter??!!
