Mk 1 Fiesta Chassis Vin PLate

Does anyone know a supplier who can provide a MK 1 Fiesta Chassis Vin Plate?
The old one was removed as the chassis needed to be welded in order to pass an MOT (rusted out in this area).
Sadly the mechanic doesn't appear to be the most competant individual and he has lost the original VIN plate.
