Advice needed PLEASE - Fiesta RS Turbo

I have been offered the above car in a straight swap for my Saxo VTR 2000 53k. Value about £1800

Can anyone offer any comments as to the reliability of these cars (heard rumours of weak turbos), value against my car and generally if its a good idea?
