hi all fairly new to all this but was wondering however, as the seals have gone on my turbo (its done 195,000k) can i put an uprated one on or can it only be a standard one? if it has got to be a standard one where could i get one from without letting ford having like 3 weeks wages?;)

Try County TurboChargers (on the internet) very reasonable, get a good mechanic to change it for you.
