Ok. To cut a long story short, my car doesnt get started too often, talking maybe once a week/fortnight. The problem is that the fuel pump jams every time. I free it up, it starts, I switch it off. Next time I go to start it, same thing..

I've replaced the fuel pump with a £50 jobbie off ebay, and i've tested it and it works. Is it possible this could be a problem with the wiring loom? I really don't want to have to take the dash out as I can't do this without removing the cage. Anybody any similar problems??

Just seems like even walking past the bloody car causes something else to break rolleyes

Hello there.
How about locating the fuel pump relay and testing that(or replacing).
While you are there clean up the fuse connections and check the fuse board for water damage. That lot will keep you busy for a while....
