zetec coversion into mk4 xr3i

hi, i was just wondering if anyone knew of any garages in wales(maybe gloustershire or shropshire). that could carry out a zetec conversion on a mk4 xr3i and prefferably convert the zetec to run on carbs aswell.
also any ideas of prices( i was thinking about £2000 before labour charges and maybe £3000 with). cheers
