Ford Capri 2.8i Door Card Blanks.

Happy New Yr.

Can anyone on here help me out , my capri has had an electric window conversion done way before i purchased it. This has left the car without window winders so now i have two nasty holes left. I am trying to find out where i can get hold of the window winder blanks to cover the holes up.I have spoken with the capri club which i am a member of and they do supply the blanks but only with their electric window kit.

Can't you find out where the Capri club source theirs from?

If you have a kit that dont leave the shaft sticking out the door then you can make your own really easily.
I did mine with a repair washer with a short bolt welded to the middle of it it.
I found some matchimg trim from a breakers seat,covered the washer in evo stik,stuck on the cloth and tucked it under.
then I just put it through the hole and used another repair washer and nut on the back to clamp it to the door panel.
Looks better than a big black plastic lump.
