xr3i efi to rs turbo mfi

hi i currently have a 1990 escort xr3i. i bought another engine for it from an rs turbo of the same age the engine fits straight in but was needing to ask someone if the wiring between mfi and efi are totally differen if anyone has came across this before or knows about it could u possibly send me an e-mail explaining it to me?? my address is [e-mail]. thanks
