advise needed on rs turbo series 2 purchase

HI TO EVERY ONE. CAN EANEY ONE GIVE ME POINTERS ON A RS TURBO THAT I AM THINKIN OFF BUYING,THE GOOD
AND BAD POINTS. THIS WILL BE MY FRIST RS TURBO, THE PRICE IS £3500 TO £5000

the first thing to check is if the caps lock key is stuck in the "on" position

oh and the second thing to check is

rusty scuttle panel
rusty sills
rusty inner wings
and that it does not smoke badly at idle

plus all the other usual older turbo charged car problems
