Indicator permanently on. 2001 (51) Fiesta.

My 2001 fiesta has a bizarre fault where the right hand indicator (front, side and rear) is permanently on.

I've tried disconnecting the battery but nothing is happening. When I indicate right with the ignition on, the relay clicks once and that's it.

Any ideas?

I thought I'd never need an owners manual until now...

I've just removed the fuse from the top row second in from the right and this has cured the problem without much else seeming to go off.

Any ideas what this 15a fuse is for? Or where I can get some relay/fuse diagrams?
