Essex V6 / Weber 500

Im running an Essex V6 with an Edelbrock 500 on swaymar manifold, anyone got any suggestions for the correct jet sizes?

If that motor is stock then that carb is way to big,you would have better results with a correctly set-up stock 38DGAS on a stock Essex inlet.
