Hi,

After 2 days and 85 miles on the clock, my Ford Kuga failed to start and has a serious steering malfunction last weekend. The car has been recovered to 2 dealers now (first dealer wouldnt look at car for a minimum of 7 days so has been moved to the dealer I purchased it from at the expense of the dealer I purchased it from) but hasn't been looked at / fixed until 16:00 this afternoon. I have now owned a new car for 7 days but only had it in my possesion for 2.

Everybody from Ford Customer Services to the dealer basically has washed their hand and have put the car as a low priority to be looked.

If it wasnt for the fact that I like the car so much I would hand it back as not fit for purpose.

That said - I would seriously consider getting another Ford after this debacle.

Does anybody have any contact details of anybody senior in Ford (especially customer service) for me to contact and take it up with as I am not getting anywhere fast and can't believe the level of customer service.
