problems with bluetooth
Discussion
hi, i got a 2006 mondeo titanium x with the touchscreen satnav, bluetooth and voice command etc. i came back off hol yesterday and the bluetooth seems to have switched itself off and the voice command no longer works, when i press the phone button it just mutes the audio which it is meant to do when you dont have the bluetooth module. i have been to the ford garage who were thier usual arrogant unhelpful selves, they only seemed bothered about getting me to book the car in on the diagnostic computer which is 80quid just for them to plug it in and tell you whats wrong then any repairs are on top. the guy was being really pushy and told me that my warranty had run out even though i had the book saying it was on the last day, i had to leave before i strangled the useless waste of flesh. anyway enough of me ranting, can anyone help me please im going mad trying to figure it out
P.S if i hold the menu button down i get a screen that says 'enter diag pin' does anyone know what this code is?? im guessing this code could tell me everything that is wrong
thanks again
