Probably best to try asking or looking at posts on either the rsoc forum - bbs.rsownersclub.co.uk or passionford.com

Are you sure you're getting a spark?

Check the wobbly multi pulg that is on the bottom of the Distributor- known for degrading or snapping the clip off leading to it comming loose.

If thats ok, retrace back to the coil- check for spark from king lead.

If you're getting a spark there, move on.

Check firing order as above & condition of leads inc. condition of the plugs.
Note- If the gaps too big, the boost could effectively 'blow it out' Too small & it won't creat a bang!

And finally, check condition of the earth strap- big wire from block to the body.

Hope that helps.
