sierra shaf cosworth problem

been using a friends 2wd coming home from my parants house. been on the motoway in the rain and it stared playing sounded like a miss fire anyway got it home and found the vacum pipe had come off his psi gauge.so i unplugged the leads from the injecters and gave it a few turns just to get the fuel out put them back on and its still running bad even on tick over.

found the problem left the car running took each plug off the injecter to see if the revs drop 1,2,4 work but 3 doesnt checked the leads and there fine and plugs theres fuel getting to 3 but no spark can anyone advise me on this please.also is it worth me checking the crank senser measuring the distance?

found the problem the dizzy cap was shot!
