bad idle on focus 1.6 zetec

Is there any onewho can help me,put new fuel rail on and reset the ecu.but now i have problem on idle its misfires but after 2000revs it clears.can any one help plz.

Idle Control Valve.

Think they're about 30 quid from ford. Could try taking it out and cleaning it.

Its just to the right of the inlet manifold, silver thing.

Something that seems increasingly common on here is failing coil packs. It does sound very similar to a fault someone else on here had a week or so ago.

Try the ICV first - removal is straightforawrd - it'll cost you no more than a tin of Carb/Brake cleaner - clean it out and let it all evaporate off before refitting (hour or so).
