Thinking of selling

Thinking of selling it soon...

It's an Amparo Blue 3DR with the Climate Pack and Reflex Pack
1.8 Litres with 99,500 miles, Tax til June and MOT til Dec 2010 (I'd put a new one on before selling!)

Good points:

  • Has BOTH the Climate and Reflex Pack (Traction Control, ABS, Rear Discs, Side airbags, Heated Windscreen, Electric/Heated Mirrors)
  • 6000CD Headunit
  • Brand new remote fob (One I got with car was broken)
  • Mint condition used OEM exhaust fitted 5,000 miles ago
  • 4 x Mintex pads and discs around 5,000 miles ago
  • 4 x Toyo T1R's fitted around 8,000 miles ago
  • PIAA front wipers
  • Gearstick return sprint fixed 9,000 miles ago
  • Full service around 5,000 miles ago
  • Full service history (Literally, I have EVERY receipt from every major service showing exactly what has been done to the car!)
  • Cambelt at 55,000
  • Interior in great condition
  • Totally unmodified car, no aftermarket parts added to it (Unless you count the wipers!)
Bad points:

  • Scuff on rear bumper, scuff on front bumper
  • Corroded bottom of drivers door, had no luck from ford getting fixed
  • Rusted drivers side rear arch, car has had a new rear wing at some point in its life
Any ideas on how much I should be asking?

What year is it?

If its a mk1 then privately sold they arnt going for much more than £1500 with that mileage as you can get a mk2 very cheap now.

Really depends on how bad the rust is but these are now for sale around the £900 to £1000 mark in good condition.

Yea I had the same thing. Had a 1999 Focus which was in very good condition but was gutted to find out it was worth around a grand. They are such great cars, but with there being alot of them about and with there being newer models the price has dropped through the floor.

I ended up getting £1500 for it p/x from a garage from where I bought my current 03 Focus, what are you thinking of getting?
