Ford Cougar - Electrical issue

I wonder if anyone can assist, I have a 2001 V6 Ford Cougar and the battery light has now appeared which seems to coincide at the exact time the Heated Front Screen was pressed and failed to work... I have located the auxilliary Fuse box and the 2 (pink) fuses which appear to be the front heater element fuses viusually look ok.....

Is there any way to double check a/these are the correct fuses (manual is unclear), b/check fuses are ok, c/possible check the relay and d/confirm that the battery light is indeed to do with issue, and not a seperate issue

If need be, Anyone know any good Ford Independent garages in North London ?
