Good Ford Independent In Essex?

My girlfriend's Ka is due its annual service and MoT next month and was going to take it to the local Ford dealer until I told her to take it to a specialist as the service will be better and the price cheaper! Does anyone know of somewhere decent in the Essex area to take it, though?

I used to use RT Rates in Grays and they did a good job.

I got the RS from rates. They are said to be servicing the RS for about £120 all in. considering the oil is £12 ish per litre its a bargain. No is 01375 391234

Plate was a pressie from the wife. Been a few changes since profile pic tho. main one is superchips map. 340 bhp now. its lively lets say.

Another Vote for Rate's. They have serviced my new fords for the last 7 years or so. I never seem to get the call in the middle of the day to say they have found "something" and it will cost x much !! that I did at Essex Ford and what used to be Perry's.

Assume they will fit some after market bits for me notably turbo back exhaust and uprated intercooler on my ST?
