Mk2 Focus, changing steering wheel

Hi All

We picked up a 57 plate Focus Zetec last week and the missus has already decided she doesn't like the plastic feeling steering wheel, can't blame her to be honest as it doesn't feel great.

Can someone point me to a how-to on removing / replacing the wheel as there's some Ghia wheels on ebay that are the same other than being leather, so should be a straight swap?
