The OH has just got a new Focus and it seems that on the dash display/trip computer you can have the temperature display in Celsius but then the distance is in Km or have Fahrenheit and Miles.

Is there some way to get Celsius and miles? The manual says no!

What say the PH Ford Massive?

Nope, afraid not, you can only have either metric or imperial, not a mix of both.

Nope im afraid my esteemed colleague is wrong. I have a Focus ST 58 plate and had the same problem...........i think if you scroll through the trip until you reach the display that shows the temperature then all you need to do is press and hold the reset button and it should switch to celcius without changing the trip to kilometres............

HTH this helps. If that doesnt work then send me a pm and ill find the thread on the STOC on how to change it.

The method above will definitely work - typically the ford dealership I bought the car from (ST, so almost top of the range), knew nothing about this.

Dave was right, this was one of the most often-asked questions on the STOC (which I think originally posted a thread on way back when). smile

Awesome! Finally managed to get into the car (OH is small and parks the car close to the house - I'm large so can't get in without large amounts of lubrication or without breathing) and within seconds the dash now shows Celsius!

Most excellent - thank you!
