Speedo wobble

Have a vibrating speedo needle on a sierra p100 has been like it for months and only does it intermitanly any ideas on what is causing this? many thanks

Probably the nylon speedo drive in the gearbox, they often get chewed up over time and cause the symptoms you describe and is very easy to check. Could also be a sticky cable on a vehicle of that age.
Be warned though if it keeps chewing them up it can be a problem with the bearings in the gearbox.

How easy are they to change - its incredibly annoying?

Very easy 10 min job on a ramp probably 20 on the floor just pop the speedo cable out and you will see it held in by 1 bolt iirc
