Need Help With Capri Project

Hey there folks im new to this here site. Me and my friend would like to buy an old capri and restore it as a project. Firstly would anyone have any advice about what, where and how to get the car for about a grand. Plus i have two 3.2 litre capri engines so ideally i would like to buy a capri in which that would fit. Any help would be much much much apprecieted.

Look at the capris for sale here for a start.
Join the capri power forum, loads of helpful advice there and also cars and parts for sale.
All Mk1 - Mk3 were available with a 3 litre engine so it should fit in anything you get, but it will be easier if you get one that already has that engine fitted obviously.
