RS1800 Spindle Carrier Check

Hi,

If anyone knows if there is a difference in spindle carriers on any mk3 fiesta...

My offside front suspension base fits perfectly into the spindle carrier; however on the nearside it is reasonably slack, ending up in an MOT failure...

Any information would be great, as do not want to find a replacement for nearside spindle carrier and find out its the wrong one,
