Power Steering question (Cortina MK5)

A quick question to confirm my thoughts.
I am trying to finish a kit build that the previous owner(s) started. The car has a cortina mk5 power steering rack. I am about to start the plumbing of the hoses (none with the car and will need new ones made) Am I right in thinking the smaller hydraulic port is the inlet (high pressure)from the pump and the larger hydraulic port is the return (low pressure) to the reservoir?

Am I right or wrong?
