Ka door anti theft device (plastic box)

Hi

The anti theft device on the iside of our 2005 Ka has come loose, stopping the window (manual) from lowering. The mastic/foam stuff holding the plastic box in placed seems to have dried out & come adrift. Aside from gaffer tape, an anyone suggest what the correct adhesive sealant to refix the plastic box (anti theft device haha) is please. I've tried an adhesive sealant from B & Q & it did not work

It should also be riveted to the door, one rivet above and one below the door catch in the door check.

Tiger seal will hold it but if you use it pray you never have to replace the lock, ever LoL

And Ford locks have a history of being rubbish and wearing out!
