Race Pre-Crossflow

maybe someone here can help..
I have a 1963 Ginetta G4 being rebuilt for road/race
plan to enter HSCC roadsports
It has its original non-running 1500cc pre-crossflow (cortina) on weber 40s
so i need an engine builder than can get it up to around 130 bhp
anyone to recommend?
