Removing / Fitting bumpers on 54MY Focus

F & bumpers on wifes 54MY Focus 5dr hatch looking tired, not found anything decent from scrappie but she has found these guys....

Had a brief look at bumper fittings and they seem to be plastic threaded bushes with plastic screws. In true Clarkson fashion, I would say "How hard can it be" to replace them, but are there any hidden pitfalls or special tools needed or is it just tea, biscuits a hammer and some foul language?
