Hello,
My wife's 65000 mile 2004 TDCi Mondeo feels like it is missing.

Only on a constant throttle, under load it is fine if a liitle bit more smokey.
Serviced last week a main dealer.

Speed is irrelevant.

Anyone have any info on this one before I drop it into the local dealer.

Never had any issue with the car in five years, best car I have owned by far in terms of reliability

Does it happen around 2000rpm? have a look on fordmondeo.org but it probably needs the egr cleaning out, which is a simple but messy job.

There is an excellent guide http://www.fordwiki.co.uk/index.php/Category:Monde... on there if you need help. its easy to do, doesnt take too long either. Just use carb cleaner to help remove all the gunk.
