GGR engine conversions Focus RS Mk2

Now that a few months have passed, what are the experiences/problems with the engine upgrades?

I have heard comments about engine mounts gving up etc.

Never heard of this. I had the Superchips/GGR340 conversion, which is just a remap and i had zero problems.

The one issue people might be suffering is the VERY soft torque mount on the bottom of the engine. With the extra torque this is obviously getting more abuse. So to solve this i changed to the Vibratechnics mount. That horrible engine 'wobble' is no more. I can see why people might be having problems with the standard item failing, so its worth the 60 quid to get the uprated mount.

Im now running the Superchips Bluefin stage2, no problems with actual engine mounts.
