Focus Mk1 odd problem

Was changing the coolant in my Mk1 Focus Zetec 1.8 yesterday. Had the car jacked up near side, on an axle stand, to allow access to the rad drain plug. Drained and re-filled the rad, then ran the engine to re-circulate the coolant to flush.

Car was in neutral (obviously!) but the jacked-up wheel turned! I could stop it with my foot, and I guess it was turning at 60-100rpm.

Does does that work then???

Isn't it drag from the engine oil? Happens on bikes too.

Yes, I did think drag. Maybe time to change the gear oil....?

I don't think it's anything to worry about, but I'm not a mechanic
