Any 'how to' websites/links for the ST220?

2004 Mondeo st220, wanting to change the spark plugs but could do with a quick internet guide to look at first as it seems tricky.

Managed my bmw easily enough but the ford looks a bit harder. Going to do the air filter but that looks like a piece of pie.

Anyone any suggestions? Finding it hard to find something because its quite rare

You have to remove the UIM to get to the rear ones.
