Ford Cougar crap lights!

My brother drives a 1999 2L ford cougar. He's head lights arnt bright at all. He recently brought £50 bulbs from halfords but they barely made a difference. Anything you can suggest to make them brighter? Thanks

Get some HID's.

+1, make sure they are decent kit though, not eBay specials.
