ST220 owners - Live feed into car through bulkhead?
Discussion
I've had a look at running a power cable through from the battery to the boot, and people just say "poke the wire through the grommet with the main wiring loom", but that's proving to be easier said than done!
Access to the big wiring loom/grommet looks utterly impossible. The engine bay is chocka so there isn't any room to get to the grommet, and the same with the interior, with the glovebox out.
Anyone with an ST220 who has done this got any pearls of wisdom they can share?

Doesn't matter what engine bay it is, as it comes through directly behind the suspension mount. It's a PITA job, and you will need to go fishing for the wire, as shown in the guides. The cable in my ST220 follows the exact same route shown on those guides...
Get a coat hanger and pop your way through the grommit.

Good tip for these situations: use gaffer tape to attach your wire to a wooden skewer or stiff bit of wire.Get a coat hanger and pop your way through the grommit.

You can then poke the whole thing through the gromit in question, and pull it throught he other side - job's a good 'un.
