Childlocks on 2002 Ford Mondeo

Hi all, a friend of mine has recently bought a 2002 Mondeo and the rear child locks are 'on'. Despite our best attempts to find a release lever we cannot find one and the locks remain set. He did not receive a users' manual with the car either.

Does anyone know how you disable them to allow the rear doors function as normal? i.e. can be opened from the inside.

Open the door and it's a plastic part by the lock on the edge of the door. Use the key to turn it, as a screwdriver.
