Discs + Pads for St170

Im looking to change the discs and pads on my St170 and was just wondering what the ideal purchase would be? Weather to stick with discs/pads from ford or to go aftermarket??

I own a standard mk4 fiesta and I would never go ford for parts because its always just a rip off!
