ford galaxy zetec 2001 fault.

Just wondering if any body could help me, I just recently been having trouble with my galaxy, whene I start the engine up there is a vibrating sensation it feels like the car is going to stall but never does. Also whene I reach the top of the rev to change gear here is like a blowing or rattle sound coming from the engin area, haven't got a clue what this is so any suggestions would be apriciated......
