2001 Transit 2.0 diesel glow plugs, where?

I've never really worked on a diesel before and i think i need to change the glow plugs bit of a pain to start.

So a really daft question where are the glow plugs situated on the engine.

Can see the injectors going straight into the top of the head but i dont really want to start stripping loads of stuff to fing the glow plugs.

Diagram would be even better.
