Rental advice

Hi everyone,

I have been looking at these forums for along time, silently reading all of your posts for two years. So I don’t need to ask you ‘which car should I get?’ or ‘what should I look out for?’ or ‘is the speed 6 engine reliable?’ But I would like some advice on renting a TVR…

I am just about to graduate in July and wanted to treat myself and rent one of these cars which I have been dreaming about. I am 22 and have 4 years NCB but I can’t find a rental company which will rent any TVR too me I am too young!

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated... … Oh, and I live in the Watford area…

Speak to Mike @ TVR Centre Barnet, he heads up the hire car section and is a top bloke.

There is a place next to Parsons Green tube (not very close to Watford I admit) that will let you hire a TVR.

Excellent thanks for your response, I have looked at the TVR centre website but they don’t have anything on there about rental (I know that it used to be on there?) but I will check it out and speak to Mike – thanks for the contact!

Ha Ha, Don't worry I am a very careful driver and have the utmost respect for TVR's - (I am not your typical 22 year old who is going to 'hoon it' around)
