Shaun has been away on holiday so I guess they are short staffed.
I think he is back Monday so they will be back to usual then,

I was there yesterday and have been in touch with them a number of times through the last week or so, Sean is on hols but both Ray and Rob are there and they are busy but they answer the phone PDQ when able.

Be patient and keep trying the number
