fuel pump relay on Chimaera - 1 or 2?
Discussion

My Chimaera had two, about 12 quid each from a decent motorfactors. Take the old one for comparison as it's a reasonably rare type of relay.
cheers mate - is it worth buying a couple for spares or just the one?
They are about a tenner from TVR Gear - although I could do with keeping the bill down as the spares have set me back about £100 and the parts needed for a few bits to get the car back to A1 have been around £100 too....

just on the phone to TVR gear ordering the last few spares before i head off around europe. Wanted to get a fuel pump relay - apparently the Griff 500 has 2
do I need 1 or 2 for my 4 litre chim?
Why dont you just order another Chim from them and tow it behind you(better safe than sorry)
I may be looking for you if mine goes belly up in France

not a bad idea at all that!
last year we stopped on the way down to help a stricken Chim with a broken accelerator cable as it happens.

Scnozz, i just looked at your profile, smart photo, i cant seem to post my new photo, i put the URL but it just asks for the login,(fotango) do you know how to do it?
these days you can upload a car photo into your profile straight from your PC. just click browse and find the photo on your harddrive and upload it to PH.
The fotango ones need a URL link. If you register in fotango, upload the photos to my albums and then click on an individual photo. On the options on the right it gives you one saying "give me a link to this picture" or something like that. Click on that and a link appears above the photo. Copy that link and post it either in a thread with [pic]put link here[/pic] or in your profile...
