as i saw the chimaera guy yesterday, he said that it could be dangerous to drive with a RHD car in France.

so, as you often come to france with your car, is it really dangerous or not?

PS:i did'nt know where to put this topic, so sorry if it is not the right forum...

no problem at all either way around. I drive abroad in both RHD and LHD cars with no trouble and plenty of people live in the UK have LHD cars. Just makes overtaking without a passenger a tad harder

Nope!

Why? millions of people do it every year, just be careful when overtaking. The passenger can see ahead further than you can, so before you overtake ask the passenger is it clear?
If you don't have a passenger, don't tail gate but hang back to get a better view.

Have lived in the UK for 5 years with an LHD, now Europe with a RHD...its ok, honestly. There are some things you have to look out for, but nothing that cannot wait until you experience it yourself. Just take it a bit slow while getting used. You often feel that streets are really built for the people driving "the normal" way.
Exit barriers for parkings and garages are a bummer, I tend to drive backwards into the garage at work, getting out of a parking space is difficult as for a long time, you cannot see the traffic...

Nothing really serious, dont belive these "danger abroad" stories...
