Hi,

I have just been searching personalized DVLA number plates and have come across a plate I like. However my perfect number plate would be 'T1 UND' for 'Tom Lund'.

Out of curiosity I performed a HPI check and its on a blue 1999 TVR Cebrera! Does anybody know of this car? It would be interesting to know if its on here. smile

Cheers

Well, I think of it as. If the current owner has no connection to the plate i.e he may have purchased the car with the plate on. I'd offer up the purchase of a plate from DVLA that would best suit the owner, in return for the potentially undesired plate on their TVR. Essentially its a straight swap for a plate that they would prefer. However there is also the chance that the owner does have a connection and want to retain the plate!

Its a long shot, but I thought, with PH starting out as a TVR forum, that somebody on here may well own, or know of the owner. smile

You should get that plate for £3K in current climate I reckon.

It's 2013 and I'm still on the lookout for this car/plate. I have tried the TVRCC and they have no records of the car on their database. I have also enquired with the correct forms for owner details to the DVLA, but they can't release any owners details given the situation. Can anyone be of any help?

Genuine interest in locating the owner and making an offer on the plate.

Thanks,
Lund

Have you searched through the owenrs list on here - there are some photos and some no plate details (For some cars)?

Definitely missing something here! Trawled through 338 tagged #cerbera photos on Instagram, no such luck. Tried Google image search, PH classifieds, eBay current/completed listings and lastly Autotrader to no avail!

Oh really....perhaps they could have tried looking a bit harder ? rolleyes

It lived in Herts, although at least some 8 years ago, so has very likely moved on now.

Mr Lund

Thank you for your email.

We have checked on our members database system and we do not currently have T1 UND registered with us. Sorry we could not be of assistance on this occasion.

Thanks for this, nearly missed that. The start date of the current keeper is 14/09/2002 so likely to be that same owner in Herts, but possibly no connection to the plate as this was put on previous to the current keeper.

Formerly:
TVR1 01/03/1999
T833HRV 1/10/1999
T1 UND 1/05/2001

Thanks

Noo, certainly not. All correctly spaced & legal here, no screw holes, just adhesive tabs!

Hi Tom

I have the Cerbie with T1UND on it - if you're interested in the plate or car or both feel free to email me directly at hayward.personal@gmail.com - I'm planning to trade it in this weekend but will hold off if you're interested
