Neil Garner and his team - Thanks!
Discussion
If I maybe allowed to use this space, I would like to thank Neil Garner and his team near Kemble in the South Cotswolds for once again giving me the reassurance for a pleasant 1100 mile journey across the water with pre holiday checks towards my 95 Griffith - We toured the north western side of France keeping up with three Speed Six's and one Ferrari. We travelled in a mixture of weather from very heavy down pours (not ideal in Griffs!) to outside temperatures soaring above 37 degrees C - The 16 year old motor took it all its stride, not one problem. Not one for full mechanics, I leave the Griff in the capable hands of 'himself' and his fab team. Not only do they find the time in between prepping race cars - but nothing is too much trouble - service the good old fashion way . As ever, told to me by a few - the Griff 'pulled' like a train on the trip! Who says TVRs are unreliable - Thank you, guys!
I'll second that! I always felt that they gave a tip top service when looking after my car for me - and always at a very reasonable price. In my view it's a good thing to have the owner of the business overseeing what's going on with customers' cars, as ultimately it's his reputation on the line if things aren't done properly (as I found out to my cost when using a far bigger so called reputable TVR "main dealer"
