Gang on the Green '03...

Hi guys,
Who was there? Anyone on Pistonheads? It was an amazing day and I've made a DVD of my experience of it. I was just wondering and gathering up a bit of feedback really on the potential of selling it. I know how that there isn't that much media around for TVR (media as in photo's, video's, dvd's, posters) and I always enjoy watching footage of the beloved beasts that are TVR cars.
My DVD is 6 mins long in total. Would any of you be interested in having a copy of of this DVD for something to keep of the event?
On the day I went with my dad in his S3 (now has one of the most gorgous chimaera's i've seen in viper GTS blue 
) and he's part of the TVRCC for the Somerset region. We were part of the convoy starting from a random hotel somewhere (can't remember where) and ending up at the green obviously. The DVD includes the cheddar gorge rumble that happened, from a height which I don't think anyone else would have captured. (I nearly killed myself with the video camera getting up that high the cliff!) 
Anyway the cost of this DVD would be minimal really. Not at all wanting to make money from this at all, just thought I'd pose the oppurtunity for everyone to see my work, and own a bit of TVR action on the DVD player.

Ah ha your TVR is the first TVR in the video!!
Price would be £5, plus P & P. My intention is to create a trailer shortly so people can and have a taster of the video.

That was just an estimate, I mean it may turn out to be £5 total cost, P & P inclusive. I think around £4/5 is worth it, considering if you bought a music single at £3.99 and thats just for 1 song, and a couple lame B-sides. Also thats for a CD, whereas this is a DVD - they cost more.
This isnt just your normal point your video camera out of your TVR and film the journey, then upload it onto the net. This is a proper video, where i've spent hours editing and making.

Yup I was there.. running round like a Looney organising IT, with my two other partners in crime, Dan and Nacnud.. who are also Both on PH.

Yeah i've seen the excellent vid. Me and my dad are actually in one of your pics on the bristol site, in the red S3. It was in the something special area on the day because it used to be owned by Nick Mason from the floyd.

sort of remember you, I remember the Nick Mason connection. but as you can imagine there were lots of people to try and find and chat to, and the organisation to do. did not even get time to find the Press crew that came
Lessons llearnt and noted for next time.. The best parts for me were the evening do before and after at the hotel..

Your both right it probably could fit onto a CD but you can't play CD's with a DVD formated movies on it, on a DVD player can you? I've made the gang on green video all tied in with scene chapters and menu's, which you can't do on CD's. Maybe I will put it onto CD's if thats what people would prefer.

To go back to the original point - there is someone else who produces TVR vids / DVD's - Luca Brazzi (sp?)

Indeed, the whole day was FOC, only petrol and expenses for All.
