Ask the nearest coach driver! lol Seriously though, that link probably tells you all you need to know, you just need a rubber ankle!

Rubber ankle? Can you get them on the National Health or are they BUPA only.. I tried what I thought was Double-Declutching last night..Havn't got the co-ordination quite right yet..took me about half hour to change gear.

It sort of all falls into the heel and toe bracket if i'm right, in a truck or a bus you do it as a matter of course in the older vehicles but in racing terms it just helps the smooth down change as does heel and toe. To double de clutch AND heel and toe you are best going for dancing lessons

Thanks gents.. I shall book myself in for a new rubber foot and a few dancing lessons with Wayne Sleep before I get out on the track.
