Does anyone remember who was invovled in that court case where the purchaser rejected their TVR and TVR Eng eventually banned him from buying a new TVR ever again? I need the case law files.
He won out of court I think. Would like to do the same with my p**s poor Alfa 147! And I'd happily agree not to have another! Car great, service/reliablilty shocking. My TVR is a blameless angel by comparison.

I don't recall this specifically but it could be that it was the chap who lived in Nugent's Drive in Hatch End and was in a huge arguement with TVR Centre Barnet.

It was in the Sunday Times, probably about 8 years ago if I recall.

A search in Google may produce the article on the info above.

If this is the case that I recall then I don't think that it will be any use to you at all. IIRC TVR eventually bought the car abck at a huge discount. The guy said that it was so unreliable and off the road for so long the he was never able to use it, despite this he clocked up 30,000 miles in 18 months...
