blah

Whats your point?
We all have to fill up our tanks dont we? I just have an extra 1 or 2 to refill.

I aint slagging Neals car or choice of aspiration. Far from it.
I could take a similar route myself someday. Heck i might even drop an LS in there.
I will always use nitrous or at least have it to hand. Why not?

Just think yours may run a 9 with some tongue out

I got an in car shot of the Jensen and i managed to catch Pauls 10.7 i think.
Problem is i have the camera and the laptop is with Tony. I will sort them asap when i get home.
Shame we didnt have the camera running for our race. Would have been excellent.

I find its quite accurate to a point for 'normalish' road cars.
It doesnt allow for sticky MTs so its better to get the numbers to match your terminal and not the ET

Also ignore the first 1/4 times, better the strip ones.

What weight you putting in Paul?
I get 600 bhp and 1060kg gives 10.7 on the strip

No you dont add the driver.
Stupid i know.... theres almost 50kg difference between me and Alex hehe

Interesting that the weight doesnt make as much difference as you might think.

I really am thining of using these next time Derek.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/X4-Michelin-18-Slicks-Ty...

Im going to uprate the shafts and if anything else breaks so be it...

My plan of trying to squeeze 335 tyres on the back and chopping out the inner arches completely and rebuilding is not going to work as the suspension is in the way frown 255's are never going to get the power down at all...road or strip.

You will need tyre warmers to use at the strip, i use slicks on Trackdays as they are super cheap part worn.

Would a big burnout with a linelock be ok?? Seen loads of what looked like slicks being used??

I dont think so, it takes over a lap of donnington to get my slicks up to temp, until then they are useless, really slippy.

ETA sidewalls are really stiff too, you can feel the diff from 888's instantly, not good for launching that.
