Hi as above the carpet on the parcel shelf and round the gear stick / handbrake are looking a bit yellow in my 2001 Tuscan, whats one to do / is there a dying kit or is it a new carpet set ?.

Thank you in advance.

Some people with Tuscans have re-dyed the faded carpets and others have replaced, I'm going to dye mine over the winter and see how they look. Not much help from me but if they are not tatty, why replace them?

I dyed mine with the dylon stuff and while it did work in so much as its now the right colour its gone crispy and if you get in the car with wet trousers or hands or whatever it slightly comes off.

I'll be re carpeting mine very soon.

As above I tried to dye and it didnt work at all, my Tamora was dispatched up to Track V Road and whilst there D and C did a fantastic job on some leather bits and a complete new carpet.
My interior is fantastic now, after 19 months of faded faintly sickly greenish hue it is a very smart black with grey trim.

Hi Steve. It's running again. Got it all back together yesterday pm. It fires up fine now - bought a starter refurb kit for £50 off ebay and all good now. Hoping to get out for a spin round the block later today. Probably going to see if I can get it into APM for the engine mount to be done before Xmas and for a small oil leak to be checked.

Maybe try and get together before Xmas?
